Legal practice software that keeps clients, documents and invoices in one place
No card · No trial clock · Export everything · Cancel anytime
A returning client calls about something you handled months ago. The file's in an email thread somewhere, the notes are in a different one, and the invoice you sent is in a folder you can't quite remember the name of.
ERPFlow pulls the work around your practice into one place: client records, documents, consultation booking, quotes and invoices. It is not a case management system — it's everything that otherwise ends up scattered across email.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Four things that hold the practice together.
Customers
The whole client history
Booking
Consultations without the thread
Attachments
Documents on the client record
Invoices
From the quote in one click
THE PROBLEM
“Let me just find that file…”
Your business runs on two things: precision and trust. Lose either one and it shows up fast — in a scrambled response, a missed document, or someone who quietly stops recommending you. If you're running your own practice or consultancy, this is probably familiar:
- 01A new enquiry wants a consultation, and it turns into three emails just to agree on a time
- 02Client notes, contracts and correspondence live across email, shared drives and a notebook, instead of attached to the client they belong to
- 03A client calls back months later, and reconstructing the history means digging through old email threads
- 04Quoting a new engagement means writing it up from scratch, and turning it into an invoice later means retyping the same information
- 05Following up on an unpaid invoice depends on you remembering to check
- None of this happens because you're not thorough.
The work is fine. What isn't fine is that the admin around it was never given a real system.
And in a trade built on trust and referrals, a client can tell the difference. Answering immediately with the right document already at hand reads as competence. Scrambling to find something reads as disorganised — and that isn't what earns you the next referral.
You don't need more discipline. You need one place where these things already sit together.
THE FIX
One place for everything that isn't the legal work itself.
From first enquiry to paid invoice, so nothing depends on memory.
01 · CLIENTS
Every enquiry and client on the record.
Enquiries arrive as records carrying a source and a stage, so you know who you've spoken to, what was discussed and what happens next — instead of reconstructing it from your inbox. The ones that become clients convert in one click.
02 · CONSULTATIONS
Let clients book a consultation without the email thread.
Share a link for initial consultations or follow-up calls. The client picks a time that's actually free in your calendar — no “does Tuesday at three work?” thread, and no two calls booked over each other.
03 · DOCUMENTS
Documents on the client they belong to.
Correspondence, contracts, drafts and copies sit on the client's record. Open it and the full history is there — no searching through email when someone calls back months later.
04 · QUOTES
Quote in one click, without writing it from scratch.
Send a clear quote for a new engagement with the lines and prices set out. The client sees what they're paying for before you begin — which is also the simplest way to avoid an argument about scope afterwards.
05 · INVOICES
And an invoice from it, with nothing retyped.
Once the work is agreed, the quote becomes an invoice — same lines, same amounts. Invoices show what's paid and what's gone past due, without you having to track it separately.
06 · THE WHOLE RELATIONSHIP
The full picture at a glance.
Every past engagement, quote, invoice and document on one client record. When someone returns with something new, the history is already there — and your dashboard ranks clients by what has been invoiced, so you can see who actually keeps your practice running.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What people ask before they start
Is this a case management system?
No. ERPFlow has no separate matter or case entity, and no tracking of deadlines, court filings or procedural stages. It is software for the work around a practice: client records, documents, consultation booking, quotes and invoices. If you are looking for real matter management, this is not it.
Is the legal practice software free?
You can start for free. ERPFlow has a Free plan, not a trial — no card, no expiry date. It covers one user, ten clients, and ten quotes and five invoices a month; a bigger practice needs a bigger plan.
Where are documents stored?
On the record of the client or enquiry they belong to. There is no separate file or matter to put them in — everything hangs off the client, so opening the record brings their material together.
Can a client book a consultation themselves?
Yes. You share a link where they see only the times you are genuinely free and pick one. The confirmation email carries a link they can use to move or cancel it themselves.
Does a quote become an invoice?
Yes, in one click. An agreed quote becomes an invoice with the same lines and amounts, with nothing retyped. Invoices show what's paid and what's gone past due.
Is my clients' data protected?
Data is held in the European Union and each organisation's data is separated from every other one. The current and precise description is on the security page at erpflow.ai — we claim no certifications, because there are none at present.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time. Your whole organisation exports as CSV, and your files as a ZIP. You are not held in by making it hard to leave.
What languages does ERPFlow come in?
Estonian, Russian and English, among others, and each user picks their own.
